A one-day mythic raiding team focusing on progressing as much as possible while maintaining a positive, fun, and respectful environment.

⠀⠀Discipline

Effectiveness, efficiency, decency, and respect are the core virtues of the team. They are outlined and enforced by the team’s social & raider requirements.

⠀⠀Trial

All new recruits will have a three-week trial period before being accepted or rejected. The raid leaders may extend this period depending on the circumstances.

During the trial, we’ll be looking at more than just your damage or healing numbers. We want to see how you perform and how well you fit into the team as a whole.

Trials can roll on all drops from day one except for rare items including Tier-sets, trinkets, cantrip items (items with special effects), and mythic drops.

You’ll be evaluated based on:

⠀⠀Signups and attendance

Missing 2 or more raid in the last 5 raids: Warning.

Missing 3 or more raids in the last 10 raids: Placed as backup, loose loot priority & might lose raider spot.

⠀⠀Raid times

Early invites @19:30 (show up early to resolve any addon issues with a RL).

Invites go out @19:45.

Cauldron & Feast drop @20:00, and the raid is getting ready to pull.

Optional raid extensions after the raid time is over can happen (voting).

A second optional raid might take place on Sun/Mon (20:00 ST).

⠀⠀Consumables and repairs

The team’s crafters will provide raiders with flask & potion cauldrons and hearty feasts. (However, do make sure you have personal food, flasks and potions as backup).

Raiders are only asked to buy and keep a couple of Augment runes in their bags in case they were called to be used on specific fights.

Repairs are not covered by the guild bank.

⠀⠀Loot

Priority

Loot is distributed by Loot Council. Loot distribution follows the flow-chart attached. Please reach out to the Loot Master in case you have any questions or concerns regarding loot distribution.

Dipping below 70% attendance affect loot priority.

BoE

BoE drops are traded to the GB’s raid leader and sold on AH. 50% goes to the guild bank (100k gold cap), the rest is returned to the BoE owner.

Methodology

Below is the methodology on how we would like you to roll on loot.

🔹Bis: You will not replace this item unless its a higher track. (e.g. Hero track Gebbos -> Myth track gebbos) Please add your note, its required.

🔹Major: The item will only be replaced by your bis

🔹Minor: Would be replaced with anything better. (Could be incorrect stats but just a higher ilvl)

🔹Off-spec/Tmog: Self Explanatory

⠀⠀Communication

Chatter is encouraged while clearing mobs, during break, or any downtime.

Suggestions are welcome between pulls, but after a clear request from the raid leaders to speak (e.g., “Uhm, I have a suggestion, can I say it?”). Keep it short and to the point.

Raid leaders & assists will always be available to provide the guidance and help you to stay on track and keep improving

⠀⠀Funding

BoE drops are traded to the GB’s raid leader and sold on AH. 50% goes to the guild bank (100k gold cap), the rest is returned to the BoE owner.

The GB is dependent on BoE sales and the generous donations of the team members.

Donations are accepted in the form of consumables, mats, or gold

Goals

Kill as many mythic bosses as possible in a season (and possibly getting CE) while avoiding toxicity and without burning out the team.

Aspirations

Consistently getting CE every season while maintaining the fun factor.

🔹All team raiders should have their server profile name aligned with in-game character name either fully or added to their preferred discord name

Signups

🔹 When signing up for raids other than Accepted or Declined use Tentative with a Note "Late", "Need to leave early" etc.

Streams

🔹 Our raids may be streamed or recorded by raid leader or raiders at any time for various reasons. Raiders are expected to join the raid regardless whether its streamed or recorded.

🔹 If you are streaming externally (not on guild discord channel), you should notify your team about it verbally on voice (when the voice channel is not occupied by raid leaders), and through text chat in-game or on your team's discussion channel on discord.

Signups and attendance

🔹Sign up 3 days before the raid (tentative if you were unsure).

🔹Add a reason of your absence (or DM any Raid leader/assist).

🔹If you had an emergency right before the raid, mention it in the #absence-and-attendance-ht discord channel.
🔹You are expected to not be locked on a raid instance prior to your team's raid days.

Gear

🔹Enchant and gem all Champion+ gear (high quality is optional)

🔹Run at least a single M+10 every week until reaching fully geared status

🔹Have at least 3 vault slots every week for a bonus roll loot option

Loot

🔹 Make sure you add a note for your bis roll. We want notes for all bis rolls.

🔹If you miss roll or have any questions please ask one of the loot council members.

Communication

🔹Suggestions between pulls should be keep it short and to the point

🔹During pulls, only raid leaders, raid assists, and tanks are allowed to speak to keep the comms clear for everyone

🔹Please make sure that the background noise does not bleed into the communication channel (e.g., dogs barking, cats mewing, babies crying, or your grandma’s/partner’s favorite TV show)

🔹You are expected to know main fight mechanics of the approached boss encounter and how to counter them.
